"I know what I need to do. I just need to go and do it."

If you've said that to yourself recently, you already know the problem isn't knowledge. It isn't strategy.
It isn't even motivation.

It's the gap between knowing and doing.

And that gap has a name. It's self-trust.

Or more specifically, the quiet, persistent lack of it that builds up when you've been running a business long enough to know better, but still find yourself circling the same decisions, the same hesitations, the same invisible ceiling.

Because you're not frozen. You're not hiding.

You post, you pitch, you network, you sell. You have been doing this for years.

You've put together the vision board and you've journalled about what your success looks like in endless notebooks.

But something isn't clicking into place the way it should by now. And you've run out of external things to blame.

You might not even call this self-doubt. You don't have to.

If you know what to do in your business and something stops you doing it, that's the pattern that Trust Club looks to shift.

Join the waitlist today and close the gap between what you know you're capable of and what you're actually doing.

"Since we've been working together, things have just clicked into place. I can really see now what I want, who I want to work with, and how my business needs to work for me to be happy."

With Trust Club's tools...

  • You operate from the version of you who shows up with your clients, in the rest of your business too, instead of being two different people depending on who's watching.

  • You scroll past someone at your level launching a new thing and feel genuinely fine, rather than spending the next forty minutes building a case for why you're behind.

  • You make decisions and move on them the same day, instead of carrying them around for three weeks while you check what everyone else is doing.

  • You feel steady on a regular weekday, not just the ones following a good month, because the confidence stops being tied to your last sales screenshot.

  • Your income gets predictable enough that you can plan beyond the next three weeks, because the inconsistency was a self-trust pattern before it was a marketing one.

Hello! My name is
Vicky Shilling,
Trust Yourself Business Coach

For a long time I coached solopreneurs on strategy. Offers, marketing, visibility. And it worked… up to a point.

But there was always a moment in the work where the tactics ran out and something harder to name took over.

- The hesitation before the launch.
- The decision that sat for weeks.
- The offer that never got sent.
- The comparison that turned into a shame spiral.
- The flurry of action that just never quite turned into ease and impact that was promised by business coaches and seemingly came to others.

That moment kept showing up, in my clients and in me. So I stopped trying to work around it and started building something to work through it.

I retrained as an accredited self-belief coach, developed the TRUST framework, and spent years testing it with the exact kind of solopreneur you probably are:

Experienced, capable, already showing up, and still hitting a ceiling that strategy alone cannot shift. That is the only work I do now. And Trust Club is the most accessible way I have ever offered it.

Here's how the TRUST framework helps established solopreneurs do the self-trust work that finally makes their business match what they're actually capable of.

TUNE IN & TRACE

Get specific about what is actually driving the hesitation. Vague awareness does not move anything. A clearly named belief does, and seeing where it's come from.

UNDERSTAND YOUR SELF-DOUBT

Meet your inner Safety Guardian, the protective part of you that has been trying to keep you safe. Understanding its role removes the shame from the pattern and makes it workable rather than overwhelming.

REWRITE

Replace the protective belief with a rewritten one: something more expansive, more supportive and more positive about yourself and your work and that you already partially believe.

The distinction between a rewrite and an affirmation matters here. One feels true. The other doesn't. We work with where you're at and build evidence from there.

TEST & OBSERVE

Small experiments. Real outcomes. Proof that the rewritten belief is safe to act from. The unique methodology all your previous inner work has been missing.

This is where self-trust stops being a concept and starts being something you can feel in how you make decisions and a place you operate from.

Inside Trust Club, every month looks like this

Monthly theme

Each month has a focus. A short audio from me sets the scene, gives you context for where you are in the TRUST framework, and tells you exactly what to work on and why.

Think of it as a quiet check-in at the start of the month that makes everything else feel purposeful rather than random.

Weekly experiments

Four times a month you receive a short, practical experiment designed to build real evidence for a new belief in your actual business. Not journalling prompts. Not homework. Small, specific actions that show your brain, through lived experience, that a different way of operating is possible.

Monthly co-working session

Once a month, a live co-working session. A quiet, focused space to run your experiment, sit with your rewrite, or simply make time for the internal work your business needs.

Optional, but the members who show up consistently are the ones who compound fastest.

The three things Maria shifted

Maria came to THE TRUST FRAMEWORK already running a successful business. Strong client results. Clear expertise. A reputation she'd built over years.

But internally, things felt noisier than they looked from the outside.

She was comparing herself to others in her industry, second-guessing whether she needed to be more polished or more visible in a different way, and saying yes to opportunities that didn't fully value her time or her work.

She knew what she wanted to do next. She just couldn't quite back herself to do it.

Through the work, three things shifted.

She stopped trying to fit a version of success that wasn't hers. She anchored back into her natural way of working, the clients she actually loved, and the value she was already delivering. As she put it: "Do I want to be inauthentic to me? Absolutely not."

She made clearer, values-led decisions. No more unpaid talks. More selective collaborations. Less energy spent on things that didn't align with where she was going.

She changed how she read her own marketing. Instead of asking "why aren't people coming to me?" she landed on a simple reframe: they don't know yet. In her words: "That ridiculously simple statement was fairly eye-opening."

By the end, her self-trust had moved from around 7 to 10. Her alignment between daily actions and business values moved from 4 to 9.

She left with a clearer identity, stronger boundaries, and less noise from comparison and self-doubt.

She hadn't changed who she was. She was just clearer on it, more confident in it, and more willing to act from it.

You have built something real.
You show up, you sell, you deliver work that genuinely changes people. That part is not in question.

You have built something real. You show up, you sell, you deliver work that genuinely changes people. That part is not in question.

What Trust Club gives you is the internal infrastructure to match it.

A monthly practice that closes the gap between your effort and your results. A framework that makes the next bold move feel like a natural next step rather than a battle with your own brain. A business that finally feels as expansive on the inside as it looks from the outside.

Without it, the gap stays. Not because you are not capable, but because self-trust is not built by working harder. It is built differently. And without a structure to build it, the ceiling stays exactly where it is.

Another month at the same ceiling. The decision you've been circling gets circled again. The comparison spiral gets a little louder. The gap between your effort and what you know you're capable of stays exactly where it is.

You are not the risk here. The only risk is another six months of the same.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Trust Club actually work month to month?

Trust Club is hosted on a stand-alone app which can be accessed from your phone or desktop. It’s a series of audios and exercises built around my TRUST framework, all designed to help with one thing: stop you getting in your own way, so your business finally reflects what you know you’re truly capable of.

Each month has a theme, delivered through a short audio overview that gives you context, direction, and a focus for the weeks ahead.

Alongside that you receive four weekly micro-experiments, one per week, designed to build real evidence for a new belief in your actual business.

There is a monthly live session where we connect, share and take action together. There are no heavy group calls, no hours of content to consume, and no community inbox to keep up with. It is designed to fit inside a real business week, not compete with one.

How long do I need to commit for?

The minimum commitment is 90 days. Self-trust is not built in a single month, and the framework is designed to compound over time. The shifts that happen in month three look different to month one, because you are building on real evidence rather than starting from scratch each time.

Six and twelve month options are available for members who want to go deeper.

A check-in at the start, one month in, and at 90 days tracks your progress so you can see the shift in real numbers, not just feel it.

I've done mindset work before and I'm still here. Why would this be different?

Because most mindset work gives you the insight and leaves you there. You understand the pattern, you can name it, and then the next decision arrives and the spiral starts anyway.

The difference with the TRUST framework is that insight is only the first stage.

What follows is a rewrite you can actually act from, a way of understanding your self-doubt that removes the shame from it, and small real-world experiments that produce evidence in your own business. Evidence is what rewires belief.

Not awareness. Not affirmations. Proof that you ran the experiment and you were okay.

I don't really identify as someone who struggles with self-belief. Is this still for me?

Possibly, and it is worth sitting with that question for a moment. If your business is running, you are visible, you are showing up, and it still does not feel as expansive or easy as you know it should by now, that gap has a cause. It is not always labelled self-doubt.

It shows up as the decision that sits for three weeks, the offer that never quite gets sent, the launch that feels harder than it should. You do not need to identify with the language to recognise the pattern. If the pattern sounds familiar, the work is for you.

What if I join and don't follow through?

That question is worth taking seriously, because it is probably not the first time you have asked it about something. The not following through is part of what we work on, not a reason to stay out.

Trust Club is low-touch by design precisely because the biggest barrier is not time, it is the internal resistance that makes even small actions feel heavy. The experiments are short. The monthly commitment is contained. And if you find yourself not showing up, that is useful information, not a failure. It is the work itself, showing you exactly where to look next.
