3 months. You and me. Here’s what we’ll do:

  • We'll start off with your Self-Doubt Archetype Analysis. To help you quickly identify your unique patterns of self-doubt, so we can personalise your coaching experience and address the specific beliefs and behaviours keeping you from stepping into your full authority.

  • To lay the foundation for our work together we'll have an initial 90 minute session —clarifying your goals, naming your current challenges, and mapping where your next level of self-trust and bold action lies. This is where we shift from “I don’t know what’s wrong with me” to “Ah, this finally makes sense.”

  • To help you stay accountable to your growth and take consistent, aligned action we'll have fortnightly 30 minute TRUST check-ins. These focused sessions are your space to untangle overthinking, reconnect to your self-trust, and get clear on your next bold move, so you're not just learning new beliefs, you're living them.

  • At the end of our 12 weeks together, we'll have a final wrap-up session to review your transformation, anchor in the progress you’ve made, and create a practical plan to continue leading from trust long after our coaching is over. We end with clarity, momentum, and a solid next step, not “now what?” energy.
  • Each week I’ll send you:

A journal prompt - to get you opening up and staying curious about your self-doubt (if you hate journaling you can chat away in a voice-note instead!) 

A Self-Belief Sift exercise - something specially selected from my tool-kit for where you are in your journey. These can be written, visualization or practical exercises to help build your self-belief 

A courageous action - a nudge from me to stay on track with the goal you set yourself

An end of the week check-in, so we have something to track and celebrate: not just tasks and to-do lists, but shifts in your thinking and how you feel in your business

What if I don’t identify as someone with “self-doubt”?

You might not use that language, and I get it. Because you’re visible, you show up in your marketing, you get booked, you run your programmes. You know you’re good at what you do. You’re not someone paralysed or hiding, on the outside. So ‘self-doubt’ doesn’t feel like a label you carry. 

And yet…if you ever overthink decisions, hesitate before putting yourself out there, string out decisions or sit on potential opportunities, tie yourself up in knots with new ideas or find yourself stalling even when you know what to do… that’s the flavour of doubt we’re working with. 

Whatever you call it. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about upgrading the way you lead yourself so the big chances and ideas don’t pass you by.
