As my business pivots into a new era (the self-belief era!), I’m shuttering up chat from me on a lot of areas I’ve previously helped with for solo business owners.
It’s not that I can’t help with these things, nor that I don’t enjoy it. There’s a lot of business stuff I love helping with. I could honestly chat niching, copywriting, website set-up and email automations for days.
But. The difficult realisation I’ve had to come to is that I simply can’t do all these things well enough to be of true service to you. Increasingly (as I tell everyone else, and the lesson I’m having to learn and implement for myself now) people want experts. They want a specialist in one thing. And trying to span the entire breadth of business set-up just isn’t sustainable.
Not to mention of course that if I attempt to keep covering it all, I’m trying to keep abreast of all the latest know-how across service-based products, pricing, search engine optimisation and social media best-practice to name just a few. At a time where I now have two children and absolutely no family support to take care of them. To say I’m stretched and a little bit exhausted right now is an understatement!
And so, the era of consolidation begins for me, coming back to my coaching roots, and back to the thing that makes me, me: how to help you just start now, and overcome your self-doubt to get your business set-up and thriving.
Over the last 5-6 years I have met so many incredible service providers that help with the practical stuff. If there are gaps in your practical knowledge when it comes to your business, then check these incredible people out.
